Can someone Please tell me where to download the tweak utilities,
I'm hopless at finding anything on the internet

Look at Tia's NoLimits tools. Go to nolimitscoaster.de and look at the Links page. THere you will find Tia's NoLimits Tools. If it's OK, you can find power tweaker there. I assume that it is what you are looking for.

After selecting a segment and changing settings, be sure to press ENTER. This applies the settings. If you don't press ENTER, no changes are made.

My July contest entry is over 7500 feet long and looks like a can of spagetti, i need the powertweeker to change the color of some of the segments

The power Tweaker is in the Construction Kit now.

if you don't want to pay for the construction kit, look at coastercandy.com and they have the old freeware programs.
