NL Advice
Hey guys, I might be getting NL for my birthday in about a month and I heard somewere that they might be coming out with a new 2.0 version of. If so when will it be released and should I wait to get the new one?

I don't think it will be released anytime soon. go ahead and get 1.6 for now. It will give you some time to get use to the complexity of it.

Yeah I would definitely say get the current version. As far as I know, v. 1.55 took well over a year before 1.6 came out, and 2.0 will probably be much longer. But good luck with NL, and I look forward to seeing your coasters on SpeedZone!

I hears that they were coming out with a 2.0 also, but not until at least 2009.

Is NL compatible with Vista?

^Yes, it works with vista but might not work as well as it does on windows XP(that's what it is for me).

Yes, but mine came up an error or something, search for that error on yahoo or something and it should come up a patch you can download.

It does work with Vista, but as they said, it has some issues. I have heard of it running very slow on vista. I have XP Professional and it runs great.

The Mac version works great, in case that's an option.

It's always good to know more people are releasing coasters.
