NoLimits or Roller Coaster Tycoon?

Hey everybody!

I was just wondering what you think is better, NoLimits or Roller Coaster Tycoon.

Thanks!

They really are way too different to compare to one and other. I consider RCT to be a game, while I feel that NL is a design program. If you want to have a fun time playing a game and running an amusement park, I would go with RCT. If you want to have a fun time while designing coasters in a much more sophisticated mannwer, go with NL. Personally, I have not touched RCT in a couple years. After RCT3 I got NL and I have been hooked on that ever since. Both 'games' have their benefits. It all depends on what you are looking for.

I was a very big fan of rct3 until I discovered nolimits. It was everything I ever wanted out of a coaster design program, especially when coupled with elementary.

@SPCMT, better for which purpose?

Designing coasters? --> NoLimits
Build a park? --> RCT
Just having fun? --> Just what you think is the most fun :P

I would say RCT since i have never played NL but i will say NL looks alot better and you have alot more freedom with the game.

I always preferred RCT. I wish they would make an updated version of the game but with the older game style, like the way RCT2 was. And release it for Mac...

Thats was i was hopeing for. I hated RCT 3 only because of the new graphics. I wish they would have just left it the same at RCT2.

I just hope a RCT4 is one the way soon but if it's like 3 i'll keep playing 2.
