Supports every how much distance of track?

I was just wondering about supports. How many supports should I make for different types of track at different amounts of G-forces on that spot? I.e. how large is a gap between two connections under those different circumstances?

It usually depnds on a lot of factors. If you are using a boxed Intamin spine with little G-forces, then supports are going to be placed further apart then lets say a spineless eurofighter.

Good 'ol fshioned guestimation is usually a good way to go.
