After seeing such awesome works as Colder Fusion, Evoness, and Gaia, I have been wondering: How does one export an NL track into an editor, and which editors are capable of doing this?

I have no intentions of blowing 3.5K on 3Ds MAX.

Anim8or, which is free, seems to have what I need to make scenery objects, but I would really want to build the scenery around the track itself. Is anim8or capable of importing the NL track?

You need to find someone with the full version of the Construction Kit to export a 3ds version of the track for you.
