If I read the news correctly, all popups should be gone, yet I still get them every time I go to a new page. I'm not complaining, but I figure that you will need to change somthing.

I haven't seen any. Maybe you have other programs running, spyware, or you've got other Internet windows open. Those all could be part of the problem. Or there may still be some pop-ups on the site. But I haven't gotten any pop-ups so it's most likely on your end.

well that could be true, but here is what the url of the pop up that I keep on getting

Whith that url, it makes me belive that it is this site causing the pop ups. Upon posting this most recent post, I have'nt got one pop up so it might be taken care of.

edit: the second popup came after I cleared my cookies and ran ad-aware. Dissregard the statement about not getting any pop-ups

strange. We disabled all the ad code. Sometimes the banner ad networks we belong to attach popups to the banner ads. I think this is what is happening. If this is the case its out of our control. But keep us informed cause we really want to be pop-up free.
