The search for Leeloo

I'm just trying to help out any way I can with why leeloo's posts don't show up. Here's a screen I took after having her post a new thread in the Q/S/F forum.

http://www.swillnetwork.com/~dsyring/leeloopost.JPG

As you can see, the forum sees that she posted, but then when you go into that forum, the topic isn't there. We went through her user CP together to see if there was anything wacky in there but didn't find anything odd. I wish I could be more help to you guys in getting her back, but this is about all I've got.

I posted this in this forum simply so her thread is still listed as the newest one in Q/S/F on the forum index.

I noticed this a week or two ago. I think she has just not posted after her posts were not showing up. Maybe the site has an age limit. J/K Leeloo.

Graham is dealing with the matter. From what I am told, Leeloo has just replied to his e-mail from last week. (he was awaiting a response from her in the midst of troubleshooting the problem).

Because Graham is dealing with it, I am closing this because she has already contacted us about it, hence why Graham is on top of the matter. It will be Graham only handling the matter since I have my hands tied elsewhere.

From personal experience with account issues, I've hardly ever had these be an overnight fix, so it may take a long time. All I can say is be patient and don't bug us (we are much less apt to fix problems when we are constantly bugged and harped on about these).
