I don't think he takes time to use proper punctuation or even proof-read what he types. As a result it makes it very difficult to read.

Oh and I'm taking my HUGE salary and going out to dinner tonight. My waitress will be thrilled with the tip.

I find it funny that people still think we get paid.

^That doesn't look like a lack of attention paid to the post, I mean, I can see sentences start with capitals and end by periods, I see correct use of capitals and commas and other punctuation. Not knowing "their" from "there" looks more like some kind of dyslexia issue, but it doesn't make the post harder to read.
