Robert Goulet passed on at age 73. He was waiting for a lung transplant.

There are so many other things you could talk about. I mean, you don't even know who this guy is, and neither do I. I really don't think this warrants a thread - you're not obligated to start them every time a "celebrity" dies as a sign of honoring them or something.

Funny how the price of a gallon of oil tripled in the last few years and that loony's country has a finger on the pulse of that commodity. We heard it all about house sales and foreclosures too.

| | | Actually I saw a clip of him with Priscilla Presley so I immediatly recognized him from my one of my favorite films: Naked Gun. I also recognized him from the WTFudge humor of Will Ferrell doing an imitation of him on SNL. I hardly know him as a singer.
