Looks good for something that seems like a direct to video type movie. When does it come out on DVD/blu-Ray?

It seems like it has some decent action and violence but it just looks so low budget to me. I really liked The Punisher movie that came out a few years ago with Thomas Jane and John Travolta. I wish they could've come to an agreement and he could've starred in the sequel.

It's not technically a sequel. It's sort of like Incredible Hulk in that it has flashbacks that tell the backstory. In the trailor you can see the flashback of his family laying there dead, and it's definately not the one from the last Punisher movie.
