You can subscribe add me as a friend or just check in to see my latest vids. Heres a sample of some things on my channel. This is coaster I made.

Just curious as to where you got your POV's from. And the music choice is a little annoying.

Haha in a way. Lol no but I'm trying to get a wider audience because I figure I have enough videos and connections to become a bigger channel. ^^ I get my PoV's from announcements that are made from parks. Usually the animated ones and the mounted POV's. I take some pov's myself too, and take videos of parks when I visit them. I also make No Limits roller coaster tycoon videos and make the music for them with software I use.

Well you need to change up some of your videos. If you take POV's yourself, most parks do not allow them so you are breaking park rules. If you are using "official" POV's from parks, you need to say so in your video's. You are taking credit for stuff you didn't do.

There are hundreds of POV's on youtube. I'm not the first to put one up. I guess I should credit the parks for their POV's. I only have one POV up anyways.

I get that, but at ThrillNetwork, we don't tolerate people breaking the rules at parks. Unless you have written permission or it was taken at a media day, then you can't advertise them here. Our terms of service says and I quote:
"6) Coaster/Park Rule Discussion – Any discussion in the forums, chat, or any other part of the site that encourages the breaking of any park/coaster rules, has the potential to result in the harm of any individuals/groups of people, and/or may potentially violate any local, state, and/or federal law(s) are not allowed. Such discussion includes, but is not limited to in any way, picturetaking/videotaping on the ride, defeating restraints (such as loose or unbuckled seatbelts or “one-click lapbar rides”), standing up during the ride, illegal downloading/sharing of warez/crackz/mp3s/emulators, etc."

You can view them here.... ThrillNetwork Terms of Use | ThrillNetwork.com

It's not as if I'm encouraging people to take cameras on coasters... I'm just saying. If you want to subscribe to my channel to see No limits, Roller Coaster Tycoon, Park Montages and other things, you should. I won't post POV's here if thats the rule.

Not trying to back-seat-mod, but posting illegal POVs is no different than encouraging them. It says, "look, the park won't do anything if you do this, and it's totally safe," both of which are very false. I've been on the receiving end of some very harsh YouTube flaming for saying things like that. This isn't just about what you should and shouldn't post here, it's a matter of public safety and common sense.

I've posted one POV out of 50 videos on my account. I'm not encouraging anyone. There are Accounts on youtube who's sole purpose are posting illegal POV's. If it really makes you so upset then I'll just delete the one Pov I've ever taken on a ride.

Aside from what Katie said, the other issue is using POVs from other sites or other accounts without 1) receiving permission to use them and 2) properly crediting them as the original source.

Having worked at a park, you usually have to get permission and possibly go through release forms and so on if you're going to be taking photos or videos on a ride. Robb Alvey on TPR follows those rules, and they accommodate him in some way, shape or form by using a special camera mount, or even duct taping it to the hands. If you don't get that permission, nine times out of ten it's an illegal POV. Even when I did my Sea Dragon write-up, I asked about the camera policy, and while they said they normally don't allow it, but could make an exception, I said that I wouldn't go through the trouble and be a responsible rider. Plus, I'm not about to risk an expensive camera just to get a few shots.

The problem is too... other people don't know better... they're going to see those POVs, then they're going to try to take their own, and it's going to bite them in the bucket one way or another (if they don't lose their camera or hurt someone when they lose it, the park might see it and ban the person). All of the above has happened.

Lastly, the everyone else does it argument doesn't fly. If everyone else jumped off a cliff to their death, would you too?

You can always take videos of the park; I have done that and even posted them on here to give members kind of a tour of the park; that is something I would personally encourage other members to do (but obviously just don't use it for advertising without their knowledge). So you are definitely more than welcome to take videos of the park and show us the rides, shows, attractions, and all the other things in the park.

I'll check it out and see what you got on your page. I probably won't subscribe since I don't really bother with that stuff but I'll give your videos some views.
