I never really dug gapped tooth humor.

Tonight, tonight is the last Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien, the last show he will have with NBC, a whole 17 years was that relationship and I've been with that network for at least that long. Tonight's guests are Tom Hanks, Will Ferrell, and Neil Young. It just seems too early to say goodbye once again to friends: Conan, Andy, LaBamba, Max, Triumph. Will I see them again and soon?

The show is so damn funny right now. It's so sad he is leaving. Can't wait for him to come back on the air funnier then ever. NBC so screwed up on this move.

He went out with quite a bang. The big stunt he pulled cost NBC $65 million. And they ended it with "Freebird." Nice.

It was 17 years as an on air host but 20 years Conan had with NBC beginning with being a writer on Saturday Night Live.

Conan O'Brien, boy that was quite a bang he went out with tonight. First a surprise visit by Steve Carell. Then the first guest Tom Hanks, who gave him the Coco nickname when he first came onto Conan's Tonight Show. I remember that. I believe we all thought Neil Young would be the final Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien musical performance but weirdly he came up as the second guest. He did play in a darken set, perfect for the mood. Will Ferrell closing the show with Freebird was awesome. Beck was in that. I just double checked and Robert Randolph was in that performance as well! He's my tie in to Conan's last episode. He was the musical guest the one Late Night with Conan O'Brien taping I went to with my cousins with guests Jason Bateman and Caroline Rhea. I really appreciated Conan's acknowledgement to the fans. I wished I taped the episode when his words began to tug at himself and me. I appreciate that advice from him. Thank you Conan. My buddy, I will find wherever you go on tv, hopefully with Andy, Max, the staff in tow.

I couldn't help but think about my being let go from Bank of America in Conan's speech to the fans.

As angry as I was over my own situation, I am very grateful for the 17 years (and hopefully more) at the bank and for the countless life lessons and professional growth I experienced there.

It didn't really cost NBC $65 million... Conan even said so (in his way, when he said the Picasso wasn't an original).

Ending with Free Bird = nice.

I guess I missed the part where he said it was fake. I was at work during his final episode.

Here's my Question to Team Coco.
If you loved Conan, Why didn't you watch Him?

I Watched Leno since 2004 or Earlier. It had nothing to do with Programming before or After. The Problem with Conan at 10:35/11:35 is that His "Frat" Demographic isn't watching then, They're Watching Comedy Central/Spike/FX/Other Channels.

Also 1 more thing: Conan Premiered almost 4 months before Jay's Show Started AND RATINGS FELL BEFORE JAY STARTED.

I hadn't caught on in the 7 months. I watched Conan's first week and then his last two. The internet or whatever took that 11:35-12:35 time slot from me. My father, the late night worker and the very first original Conan fan in my family did not catch on because of the earlier time. That was the big warning flag with me that my father didn't come back. I am a SNL fan because of my father as well. He has long stopped watching that too. I was still planning to see Conan's taping in my return to California. I am a combo Conan-NBC/Universal fan. It was going to work out for me since I've never been inside USH before. I walked outside of it late at night at their Citywalk.

Tonight is the start of The Tonight Show returning with Jay Leno again. I will watch though I will feel hurt to see what he has to say in regards to all of this.

Never thought too much of Conan's humor, but his taste in guitars is second to none.

Should we watch Univision instead to watch the Spanish news at 11:35? Conando!

There'll be people in the audience. I'm surprised there's not an online petition to get Conan back and boot Jay.

Counting down the days to September I guess instead.

I was curious and I hated the opening, Ross, Jamie Foxx on crack. Kevin gets a free pass cause he's from Philly. I had much more fun watching George Lopez with my fav Nicole Eggert and then Mexican Anderson Cooper and cougars on a soap on Univision. Conando!

Because NBC f**ed with a time slot that never should have been f**cked with, thats why!

A lot of people that "understand" Conan's humor are guys that are younger and are up later, and therefore don't call it quits till after midnight. I never catch Leno not only because I don't like him (or Letterman), but because I'm still getting crap done at 11-12 at night and can't/don't prefer sitting on my ass so early.

Conan's timeslot was perfect at 12:30, it wasn't too early, and it catered to the crowd that watched him. Slip him in at 11:30 and not only do you have old people catching the beginning of a show with jokes that are out of their league, but you've got the 18-28 year old demographic still out getting drunk and missing the slot completely.

This was all a matter of "don't fix what ain't broke" and NBC learned the hard way. Conan also got bumped because of it, and now the best comedian in late night (neck and neck with Kimmel, IMHO) is gone. Now not only do I not have any interest in Leno, I have no interest in late night television (or NBC) whatsoever. Although I will catch Kimmel from time to time, and I no longer have to switch between him and Conan.

Dangit the closest stop to me is ATL.

I could somehow work it into another run to SFOG, but that will mean I'll have to have a permanent job by then.

My cousin was on Spring Break so she scooped this right up in real time, original price. She caught on to my mention of watching on ABC's Good Morning America they talked about Conan on Twitter only following one person and she was getting married. I think the couple jokingly asked Coco to be the best man. She checked out Twitter later on and found the news break out. Since I told one friend they scooped up tickets for AC.
