I'm very excite to finally see a release date after hearing about this movie years ago. The cast looks awsome and could not have been picked any better.

Taye Diggs (Benny), Wilson Jermaine Heredia (Angel), Jesse L. Martin (Collins), Idina Menzel (Maureen), Adam Pascal (Roger), and Anthony Rapp (Mark) are all from the Original Broadway Cast of RENT in 1995 and are playing their original roles.

i still wonder why they didn't make offers to the entire original cast... or if they did, why they didn't accept.

EVERY GREAT WOODEN COASTER HAS A TUNNEL (except avalanche in wisconsin dells... oh, and collossus in heide park)

We'll never know... It would have been nice to get to whole original cast but they got most of them. Should be intresting to see how the newbies are.
