Guess the TN Member
Okay, well the object of the game is to guess the TN user I describe, or if it's better, we can make the perosn who guessed right pick someone to have us guess.
You have to tell one or two things about the user in the first post, then if anyone asks for hints, you can give more. Here, I'll start, you guys guess. (P.S. if it is you, please do not guess yourself)

This person formerly had an avatar of Alex Rodriguez.
This person is a Yankees fan.

I'll go. Okay, I wasn't around while this person was here. Apparently he was funny, and everyone is mad he got permabanned. When you guess, can you tell me why he was banned, I'm just wondering.

I think he means Kraken. I don't know why he was banned....here's what the ban list says:
Kraken has been banned permanently from not following the Terms of Use (namely spamming and flaming). He was warned numerous times before, and was banned for a period before, to no avail.

I also believe it is Kraken. Montu Man also lied about his age too I think, or just changed it for the hell of it.

^ Depends on what exactly "harassing" means in this instance. If it was someone constantly PMing the staff with stupid / mean / hateful things, then I could totally see that happening. We've done it on other boards I'm a part of. Same thing with a service such as AIM. I know if a board member got my screenname and constantly bombarded me with IM's and refused to stop after I'd asked them to, I'd be looking into banning them, too.
