By 'Air Time' i simply ment like high/drunk/being stuiped ect. (Stuiped things, lol)

And by Who's Airtime. I said: 'I was to drunk to rember who did it'. (aka 'I' was to 'drunk' to rember who 'did it') It was 'I'(my) Air Time.
