It's a little scary knowing that it's even possible for these raft rides to flip over. I know this has happened a few times at parks. I do remember an accident somewhere in Texas where one flipped and there was at least one death. I'm curious about the park wanting them to sign a release form about liability. Was that due to the family refusing medical treatment or just the accident itself? The family would be stupid to sign their rights away for some park passes that at that point they probably wouldn't want anyway.
