This is for the Mini contest for October. Can you use a booster in the course?

Ive got some E-Stop issues. First, my ride is similar to Bullet first off. So I have a reverse lift and I E-Stop at the top, it hits the station, brakes (but not to a stop, that would be way to sudden) down some speed and then obviously doesnt complete the course, though, it does return the station (which is at mid level...you dive down after the station thus, having to return up) however, if the E-STop is still pressed down, the train will catch, but at the very front of the station. Realistically, I Think in real life it would work differently. What I did was E-stopped as my train starts to go down, which, puts the brakes on full effect to take off the most speed. The train goes through station, down, around 1/4th of the course and then returns to the station. On the way back, I turn off the E-Stop and the train comes back up into the station where I press E-stop again and it works fine then. Ive also E-Stopped as the rides mid way through so the transports at the end would not work, and even still, it makes it back to the station though if I have E-stop pressed as it comes into the station, the station stops it way too quickly, and because the train comes back at a rather slowish speed, no matter how light I have the station it does not let it fall back into the station to unload. Ill just upload and if its DQ'd, so be it. Its a pretty freakin cool ride nonetheless. Its like Bullet on major steroids. |

Exactly how is the e-stop going to be administered? Shuttle coasters are very picky about things like that. Depending on when and where the train is when you do it, you'll almost always be able to make something go wrong. Like Real, I don't care if my ride gets DQ'd (just for the record, there have been rides in the past that should have been DQ'd per the rules but weren't). Its one hell of a ride no matter what. I should have the supports done by the end of the week.

I copy and pasted the ruels and changed the G's, so E-stopping doesn't matter to me because it's only one train, and since it's one train no one will die. Sorry for not answering the question sooner.

Are there going to be rankings posted for the October contest? I realize there were only three, but I think it would be nice. If I missed them somewhere, please point me in the right direction. Kev

I just judged the results due to the request of robocoasterdude (sorry for the major delay), and the results are... 1. Real 2. Robocoasterdude 3. Olo All 3 entries were really good though, so nice job to all of you.
