I say the loading of any Arrow/Vekoma looper is scary; because you can't help but think of the headbanging that is to come...

American Eagle @ SFGAm. Whenever there is a train anywhere near the station the entire station shakes like no other. I'm sure thats happened for a very long time now since its a station made completely of wood but man. When it's racing and both trains hit the brakes at the same time the whole station shakes.

You know what scared me... No you say! good I will tell you.

When you get on a Ripcord, they get you all harnessed up and you get on this platform and the platform raises and they connect you to the cables while you are still standing. then when they lower the platform it send you face first right to the floor stopping right before you hit. HOLY CRAP! That got me. gives me the gibblies just thinking about it.

but now that I know about it I like to make sure not to warn others who go on it with me! hehe

Any skycoaster. First, the falling mentioned above, second, traveling slowly up the tower, not knowing when you'll stop, and third, pulling the cord and not knowing when you'll fall.

i got uncomfortable before getting on wicked twister. im not really tall but i have long legs and the fact that the floor doesnt lower like other suspended coasters freaked me out. i thought flying through the station backward would rip my feet off.

ive never noticed the restraints not locking on space shots before the actual launch. im more scared of the fact that i have no idea when its gonna go and every time its catches me by surprise.

i got scared on a slingshot in orlando. not at old town but some small go kart place. i knew the electromagnet held us down and that the button has to be pushed. but i worried that as we were getting in the seat the power would fail or something and we would get flipped up into the air.

I've always been freaked out by those rides like Experience where there's the overhead restraint and nothing else, and you wonder if the ride will start without the things coming down, and you have less visual proof to disprove this theory. It's really freaky.

I would say Kingda Ka because I was sooo nervous, lol. I was pretty shaky. I was afraid of all coasters before this year, I'd never even been on one, and I live 10 minutes from SFGadv! I never even went there before this year. As a matter of fact, Batman The Ride was my first coaster, so that was pretty scary for me, lol. My friend Brooke never went on a coaster before either, her first one was...KINGDA KA!!! Go figure. She wasn't scared at all either.

Summit Plummet at WdW. Your so high up, and i am afraid of falling forward over the gate, then onto the mountain. That is just 1 scary ride anyways.

I would say that Ultra Twister at SFAW has the most un-nerving station because the train never stops. When the train arrives at the station, it's sent along a line of conveyors that slowly rolls it through the station. The train has to completely unload & load in about 20 seconds. It doesn't sound bad, but with most GP, I've had some "Hurry the ******* up, lady!" moments.

As for Skycoasters, I always get the feeling that the little "nylon taco" will get the urge to un-lace itself as I'm hanging 200ft off the ground by my feet.

They can pause the loading on UT, and stop the conveyor belt if they need to in order to make sure the people load and unload safely. They were doing that a few times when we rode a couple of weeks ago.

I'll agree with the skycoaster though- but for me the scariest part might actually be on the ground, right after they fasten you in then drop the floor from under you. That ground comes up awfully fast. I always feel like I'm going to smash my face right before the cable catches us.

Super Manege at SFLR is kinda scary because when you load you have an excellent view of the pumping structure on the corkscrews. I've had some bad experiences with that coaster.

for me difinatly wicked twister. the first time i rode it my restraint came undone just as they were saying 3...2... i screemed stop. i pushed again and it locked so everything turned out o.k.
i also agree, skycoasters are pretty scary while loading. my first time was at WOF and the ride op saw that I was really scared so he started saying things like, " woah, i've never heard it make that noise before" and " Don't worry we havn't had any accidents in 5 hours"

How about Volcano the Blast coaster, You know when you go down the ramp. People be stumping jumping on there and it feels like it can fall. besides The supports are not on ground level Its kinda scary if you ask me.
