Kennywood Announces New Ride For 2006!

"Kennywood Park's Public Relations Director, Mary Lou Rosemeyer, announced the new ride for the 2006 season today at the Coaster Bash event. The ride is a Screaming Eagle from S&S and is the first of its kind. Rosemeyer states that other parks have this ride, although, Kennywood will be the first park to receive the biggest version of the Screaming Eagle. This S&S ride will go in place of the Wipeout in the Lost Kennywood section of the park."

Here is a quote from someone on the website who went to Coaster Bash. said this.

"The version we are getting will seat 32 people.

A couple of other parks such as Knott's does have this type of ride, but it is not included in the admission. It is the 8 seated version.

Dorney park is getting one this year which will be the 8 seated version."
