^Yeah Discovery channel needs to get off their lazy butts & away from their stupid american chopper obbsession & get back into producing ride programs.....there hasn't been a thrills, chills ,spills weekend in two years now!

Discovery science channell may eventually pick it up though....they recently aired a travel channel coaster program a week or two ago titled ultimate thrill:terror technicians or something like that.

I'm in the same boat with regards to travel channel(or lack thereof) because our system(comcast) simply refuses to carry it.

The only discovery shows about amusement parks were something about water parks and on Ultimate.

There used to be a coaster or theme park related show on the discovery channel almost every week, then they got those crappy motorcycle shows.

If you look at the bottom of the forums page Phil has so nicely listed every coaster or park related show that will air over the next 2 dats and is always updateing it.

Sad all the shows are pretty old though. Or most of them are.

Haha that is so true! I remember when I actually found out that they had theme park shows on Discovery channel, they started not showing them. lol So there you go. But yeah, the last time I've seen a show on Discovery about Theme Parks would have to be been in 2003.

Since Phil is the TV events guy and we even have it listed at the bottom of the forums, I see no need for this to remain open.
