Robocoaster on History Channel

Last night I got a surprise when they were doing one of the Modern Marvel shows and they showed the Robocoaster in action.

They showed one on a coaster track, but not in operation.

There's nothing on their website unfortunatley. But if you see that it's on again (it's the one that talks about robots), check it out.

I was the robocoaster on track at IAAPA last year. It looks awesome. The year before, they had robocoaster available to ride, but I didn't ride it because the line was very long.

I rode the Robocoaster a few years ago at the Wisconsin Dells, and I sure hope that the industry doesn't actually believe that it is the future of roller coasters.

I got to ride the one at Mt. Olympus this season, and it was a blast. I paid $2 to get the most intense program, and it was worth it. I've never been so disoriented in my life.

I loved this ride when I rode it at Mt. Olympus this summer. It’s defiantly not the "future of roller coasters" but it’s a great flat ride. I wouldn’t mind seeing Cedar Point install one in Challenge Park.
