I looked over the fence towards Fun Spot last year when I went to Oldtown to get the Windstorm and Wacky Worm. I hope it's not the goofy Fiesta Express from Cypress Gardens. It could be any of the other ones like a spinning mouse.

Leo did you look at the photos of the ride.. unknown (Fun Spot USA)
Its not a wacky worm. I may be a that park on sunday and hope to get some updated info about the ride and some photos.
Duane of RCDB sent me a link a couple days ago, I got excited at first because I thought it might be the rumored bommerang coaster that was to be installed in 08 that never happened.

Interesting track design with the black paint. It's not High Speed Thrill Coaster painted black, hahaha.

They also are getting a small tilt a whirl, seen it in the parking lot beside the coaster on a trailer on Sunday.
