Spain at Busch Gardens Williamsburg

guys i have been thinkin of this for like 4 years, Spain is like one of the popular Old European countries thats not in BGW. I have already drew a concept i wish i had a scanner so i could show you, but i will give you guys some description on how mch fun they could have with this. First there will be a gightly themed water coaster called Conquestador, it will be inside a mountain with the head og somthin that looks like a crocadile. But there will be a drop going out of his mouth, this may sound a little wierd but if you see it on paper it looks really cool, there will be high speed dry track sections inside the mountain and there will be a helix in the lake. There will be a nightly Bull show inside a collisium, called El Toro, it will not be very vilient sice BG is pro animal. But it will be dine and fight so you can eat dinner while you watch. On the other side there will be a rocket coaster called El Diablo that blast out of a canyon, my drawling of it looks very cool, but there will be a resturaunt called Devli's Den inside a canyon and it will also be an El Diablo gift shop and behind El Diablo there will be a top spin ride called Ambush and it will be over a lake to add a thrill effect and you will also be squierted by water. So thats it how do you like it i know it might sound a little disney but BGW likes to theme there stuff. I have an awsome drawing of it but i cant et it on the comp so how do u like it, and do you see any future of Spain comin to BGW in the next 10 years.

In the next ten years, possibily. In the next five years no. Before Spain even comes into the picture, they need to expand Ireland and add more rides in other areas.

I don't like your ideas for Spain at all. Bull show? Yeah right maybe a dine and watch dance type thing or concert. A spin ride over water that squirts you? Come on.

Spain might be nice, but they need to add a coaster in Ireland first and maybe a flat ride or two.

I think a wooden coaster wood work best. Kind of think of that one in the UK out in the middle of a sheep field lol.

the spain idea is pretty cool busch is my local park and ive been waiting for something new but about irerland it is small but they dont have much room to expand that i dont think any ride would be fun over in ireland with the little space they have i think its good enough for shows that they have but back on track where would spain go at BG i dont see room for it i heard that its natrual forest and they cant buy anymore land is that true? i think they should focus on putting more rollercoasters then they should more countrys

The BEC (Busch Entertainment Corporation) is planning to expand the Williamsburg park. I suspect it will be for 05 season because it will be BGW's 30th season. Now the only problem, I don't think BGW management likes this do to the fact that they have a hard time staffing the park as it is. So instead of bringing in A new country which would have probably been Spain, they will give a facelift to an already existing country which will most likely be Festa because they feel it looks tacky.

Ireland isn't all that small. It's starts at the Killarney bridge entrance and extends to the railroad crossing before you enter Aquitaine. It's has some space to add new attractions. To best see this you should try to find a satellite photo.

BGW has more land than you know. To the left of Festa and back beyond the old DF site. The park is about 360 acres including parking lots. I believe AB owns about 3,600 acres. The brewery uses some of the 3,600 acre's space as well.

really i didnt know how far ireland expanded either, i thought it was all the way until the lil tap dancing stage is **where the old magic show was at hastings**. I thought it stopped there, well in that case maybe a ride there would be good, but i dont see the need to do anything to ireland i think they should use up the DF site........like stiffler49 said focus on more rollercaosters and not more countrys.....also where can you get a satalite picture like you were talking about

Hey Diesel, although your math skilz are very advanced>lol, your logic isn't, let me break it down for you.......although 2004 is their 30th year, 2005 is BGW's 30th anniversary. Explanation> opening year 1975, ya with me, 2005 - 1975 = 30. Hope this helps. Sorry to be sarcastic, I'm sure Apollo's post confused you, He/She should have said 30th anniversary instead of 30th season.

Thanks Mateo, unfortunately, there's not a thing wrong with my logic. Apollo said '05 was their 30th operating season and never mentioned anything about their anniversary. So how am I illogical?

Hey Diesel, sorry I wasn't trying to be rude, I was just in one of those biiter moods. 2005 is thier anniversary, that can be their "new attraction" for that year, but for 2004 you will 100%, hands down, no doubt see a new B&M......trust me. I don't know if it has anything to do with their 30th operating season or not, I'm just glad they're doing it.
