| Dorney Park 2007 Rumor
I heard a rumor about an Intamin Impulse being built in 2007 for the park. Rumors say that it would go on a narrow strip of land where Skyscraper used to stand. http://www.rcdb.com/ig239.htm?picture=3 Would that fit an Impulse?

yes it could. the queue would have to be unique but they have enough room for an impulse. very little land is needed http://www.rcdb.com/ig1571.htm?picture=11

I'm not an impulse fan but going through the park a year ago I thought such a thing could go there.

The queue would probably have to be on the left side of Monster...

That would be awesome. The east coast could use one.

Dude...Theres already two in Ohio. Cedar Fair has these in what? Three of their parks now? It's pointless in my opinion...I don't see it happening.

Doesn't exist in the tri-state New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware. Not even in the rest of the Northeast. I would not prefer it but since they do not have a launcher I can see it happen. I could see that it would not be called Steel Venom; Steel Force just sits a few yards away.

Dorney needs a launching coaster IMO. I think an Impulse would be great. Its compact and could easily fit in that strip of land, it wouldn't be too expensive leaving money for some great flats the following year, and it would still be fun and draw people from NYC and Philly to the park.
