I receved a phone call last night about the race track in Brainerd MN. is going to be purchased by 6 flags.
It is a fact that the race way is for sale. Has any one else herd anything like this?
I personally can not see how such a low populated area could support a major theme park. Valleyfair only has about 1.1 million annually, and waits 5 years between new coasters.

Pure rumor and speculation since I'm unable to find one viable source to confirm what you suggest.

I did find a story in the Star tribune(Minneapolis) newspaper from 6/26/05.
I guess a sale to 6 flags was metioned before a new owner or manager took over. Now the new owner says it will remain a race track.
