Knoebels to build Flying Turns coaster?

Well apparently at Phoenix Phall Phunfest this past weekend Knoebels revealed that they have purchased plans to an old Flying Turns coaster. These are simaler to bobsled coasters but are much faster and more intense, more of a thrill ride then a family coaster. One of the best parts about this is that the plans that are rumoured to be the ones that were bought were the ones to Euclid Beach's Flying Turns coaster.

This ride is supposed to be built were Whirlwind was located. Knoebels would also be building it in house. From what I have read about this the only thing that might prevent this from happening is if they can't get a good design for the cars down. That is the major problem right not. We'll have to watch and see what happens. It would be amazing if Knoebels gets the coaster.

Well, I didn't get to go, I really want to get there next year though. But I heard this from numerous places online. So next year (or maybe 2007) is looking to be an awesome year at Knoebels if this holds true.

EUCLID BEACH FLYING TURNS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! It may have been demolished long before I was born but I'm pretty sure that was the most intense Flying Turns ever made.

Edit: Wow, built 75 years ago and demolished the year Chance Zippers debuted. That's old.
