| Sfdl 2006
I heard on coaster-net.com that SFDL might take out Boomerang and Cuda Falls and put something in for 2006. Do you think this might happen? I know this is one of my home parks in all, but I'm in the need to discusss this. What do you think?

| The most unreliable source for rumors, Yes I post em once in a while, Yes, I know most of them are made at the spur of the moment... Complete BS... Boomerang is still a hit at DL and Cuda Falls? Is it some water ride? If so, they already have enough water rides, they don't need to remove it.

Cuda falls is an older water slide collection, probably one of the older parts of the waterpark. With the Tornado coming in I wouldn't be suprised if Six Flags wanted to continue to bring the waterpark into the 21st century. Perhaps a half pipe or some other modern water ride would fit nicely? Cuda Falls had less than a 5 minute wait when I was there while Tornado had an hour plus wait. The boomerang was still fairly popular but none of the rides really stood out as being the most popular coaster in the park. None of them have had long lines in my four visits to the park, plus the boomerang's location on a small plot of land at the edge of the park makes me wonder if they could even put anything else in there. I honestly don't think the park needs a new roller coaster. Sure, its been 7 years, but they seem to do fine capacity wise with what they have and the waterpark and campground seem to be the biggest draws no matter what |

I agree with you that the coasters are cool, but I think 6 years and no dang coaster at all is enough.
