Move it's entrance and exit. That could also give them more room to play with.

Last time I checked, Thunder Canyon is a water ride. They could always let people ride with swimsuits.

I think Dominator would be a good ride for Valleyfair. It has high capacity and could take some of the lines from Renegade. It wouldn't take me away from Renegade too much!

I think Valleyfair should take away Excalibur and move it to a different park, add on to the waterpark, remodel the current one to go along with the new one, and make Thunder Canyon kind of a part of the waterpark.

^^Dominator isn't going anywhere. It's the only thing keeping GLP alive right now. It will surely be one of the last things, if not the last thing, to leave the park.
^If they take out Excalibur, they won't move it to a different park. There's nothing marketable about it and it would get many riders anwhere else either. Anyway, where would they move it? The only likely option would be MIA, but that almost seems cruel.

Renegade is back up and running. I just returned from the park where it was EXTREMELY busy. I have never seen the park this packed. Renegade had both trains going and I ended up waiting for about 45 mins...good as always (and they seemed to have fixed the "squealing" problem...i didn't hear a thing while riding). Anyways though...WT had 3 trains running, yes three trains. Corkscrew, High Roller, and even Excalibur had two trains running. The lines were not too bad at all throughout the day. The videos on corkscrew were up and running...I have never seen so many middle fingers in my life!
BTW, back on topic, something else I would like to see is an online store like some of the other CF parks have.

^Well it was a school day, whenever Excalibur has two trains running, you know its an extremely busy day...

I would also like seeing a store, but I think they should get some kind of dark ride for next year.

It most likely has already been replaced; it was the motor not the chain ala wild thing

Oh. I thought about it for a while, and I've decided that Valleyfair needs a good family sized B+M invert, along with a new waterpark, a couple more family rides, a dark ride, 1 or 2 thrill rides, another live show or two, and it'd be a good park. No this would not take place in one year. Haha. : ]

What's a family sized B&M Invert? Are you thinking like B&M's take on the Vekoma Family invert?

^I think he means like Nemesis Inferno - shorter and less intimidating than the big ones, but still fun and intense.

hehe I was working the next day at XS. VF actually called a whole bunch of their employees to come down to test ride the 3rd train when they put it on, then once again when they took it off. I ended up getting 3 rides in on it >^_^<

I looked on RCDB, and there's no such thing as a junior invert. Oh well. It's always a possibility? How about one of those cool looking inverted Intamins?

Sorry bout that. I meant Junior B+M invert. Maybe they'll make one someday. Actually I like the look of that. Maybe Valleyfair could get one of those in the future?!?

I doubt VF! will get a new ride in 2008. We got Xtreme Swing last year and Renegade this year. They'll probably wait until 2009 to do another flat, then mabey 2010 until a new roller coaster.

Would the small invert go upside down. That would be cool to see. Give it 6 really small and intense inversons.

No. And yes Steel, I know it's a kiddy coaster. I think Valleyfair needs another kiddy/family coaster. Mad Mouse is sort of Family, and the next lowest ranking is Mild Thing. . . which is kinda lame. I think that the only dark ride that would look good with the theme and all at Valleyfair would have to be some kind of Sally Corp. Fair themed dark ride. I looked on their website and nothing really fit in with the whole Valleyfair theme.

Theme? There is no theme at Valleyfair minus the hint of western at Renegade.

Well it's called Valleyfair for a reason. I was saying that maybe they could put in a fair themed dark ride. Or western. . .

Don't count on a dark ride..You can pretty much rule that out of the picture forever..Whens the last time Cedarfair put in a dark ride at one of their parks..A long time, if they ever have..
