I was at Kings Island Aug 2nd and saw a fresh cement pad to the north of Xtreme Skyflyer visible from the entrance of Top Gun, with 2 walking paths to the Top Gun queue. Any idea whats going on? There is a distant pic on screamscape. I have a close up, just looking for a good place to post it.

They are installing, Dippin Dots: The Ride!

I doubt whatever they are doing will be anything big.

At Carowinds they have been doing a lot of little improvements around the park like they built a nice fountain/water fall over by the flyers (oops, sore subject for you KIers). lol

So it might just be something like that.

Intimidator Coming in 2010 to Carowinds!

It's probably a good thing I DON'T work ride maintenance at a park, as many people have suggested I should do.

I swear I would put up a sign that says

"Coming soon: a new concrete pad to make the coaster geeks speculate for hours on end!"

I'm just poking fun, don't anyone get your shorts in a wad. I'm a proud coaster geek, myself!
