Meh, I hope they don't do another 3D type ride considering they already have Garfield's Nightmare...I'm really hoping for one of the interactive shooter rides like the Reese's Cup Challenge at Hershey or the new one they just put in at Holiday World.

thats would be sweet. The Target should be a tray of Patch fries. Yummmmmmmmm.

Even though I don't think it'll happen, I think the new ride should be aimed more towards the older children and teenagers since we already have a dark ride aimed at younger children. I wouldn't mind if the park got a interactive shooter that has a horror theme to it. It'll probably end up being something like Kenny's Grand Adventure and you have to shoot poachers or something lol.

well i worked at the gold rush this summer, and rumor has it that its gonna be an interactive ride..where u can shoot at things...i dont know what we will be shooting though, i say aliens since we got the cosmic chaos this year.

I have no trouble with Goldrusher leaving. I just hope it has a good scary replacement. I loved the spider part of Goldrusher. Got me every time I rode it.

I would think Kennywood would come up with an original idea as far a s new dark ride is concerned. Just to put in a "cookie-cutter" version of someone else's ride is not keeping in their tradition.

I'm saddened to hear of it;s removal I have plans to hit PA next year and this ride was one of the ones I was looking forward to. Dark rides especially ones like that, one not Found in every park, really spark my interest.

While It woudl be nice to see a dark ride in it's location I highly doubt it not when Kennywood seems to be going for Thrill rides lately.

I think it will be a dark ride. It would almost have to be, considering Goldrusher's above-the-stalls location. A 3-D shooter would be insane. Looking back, SwingShot and Cosmic Chaos were relativly new to the US when KW put them in. So I don't think a 3-D interactive shooter is too far fetched.
