I am going to CPoint this friday and I am looking at the sandusky weather report for this friday and it says scattered showers and it will be like 57 degrees.Should i trust it will be that way or do you think that outlook is to far to be accurate.Plus,what do you think the crowds will be like this friday???Help anyone..........

We have a similar forecats here in PA. Maybe you'll luck out and attendance will be down. Just stay away from them water rides (bbrrrrr)!

My advice is to go to <!-- BBCode auto-link start --><a href="http://www.weather.com" target="_blank">www.weather.com</a><!-- BBCode auto-link end --> & search for Sandusky. It should give you a forcast for the next week or so.

I'd go. Even if it is cold, the excitement will warm you right up!

i followed the forecast last week closely, cause i went last friday. let me just tell you this: last week, it rained every weekday. BUT, it cleared up by noon every day, as well. so i wouldn't worry about it. Last friday, it rained there from about 11 to 11:45, and was fine after that.
<BR>not too bad of a crowd: about an hour for MF and Raptor at peak times, everything else was 15 min or less.

<BR>so for you, the weather should be ok, just keep watching the forecasts. in regards to crowd control, its the start of memorial day weekend, don't forget. a lot of people are gonna take friday as a four day weekend and head to the point. maybe the iffy forecast will keep some away, but expect a fairly large crowd.

<BR>(by the way, got to ride MF in the morning, in the fog--one of the best coaster experiences of my life; we couldn't see the ground from the top!)

Definitely go. I live in Sandusky, I always go to CP on rainy days after the rain lets up. It rarely rains all day, so wait it out, and you will have very short lines when it clears up. However, it is Memorial Day weekend, so expect to see some serious crowds.
