| Advice for SFoT
Recognize the name? Right, it's me, 1984 Revisited, and I'm Ba-ack. Anyway, I'm going to SFOT in about three weeks when the park's open for Thanksgiving. I'm looking forward to riding the Titan and the Texas Giant. Anyone have any advice for when I go? Thanks.

Well, it mainly depends on when you get there, but here's assuming you get there when the park opens and stay all day. My advice: 1. Go to the Gotham City section of the park. You can normally get several rides on Batman, Freeze, and Judge Roy Scream before the lines exceed 5-10 minutes. (Ride Flashback if you enjoy boomerangs from the 80s) 2. Then, work your way around, counter-clockwise, and catch the mine train (an absolute hoot). 3. Get to Shockwave. You can normally catch many repeat rides at this time of day. It's Schwarzkopf- gotta love it! 4. Check Texas Giant out. It's about twenty minutes waiting time once you get under the shaded building. Aw, heck, ride it no matter what the line. 5. If Titan's line is too long for you (it probably is about 1-1 1/2 hours), then skip it for right now, and enjoy the rest of the park until it begins getting dark. Be sure to get to Runaway Mountain. It's a pretty good coaster; it pulls nearly 5 gs. 6. Once darkness sets in, get to Titan. The line is NORMALLY about 30 minutes at this time, and you can't beat the night rides. A wonderful hyper with positive and negative Gs galore. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP OF ALL: 7. Ride Texas Giant at night, in the back row! If you experience it right, you'll get one of the greatest coaster experiences you can get. TG at night, back row, is just as good, if not better, than Titan. And that's saying QUITE a lot. Hope you have a good day! P.S.- If you don't have a grudge against FastPass, and it's a crowded day, I recommend using it. (Please, no bashing)

I think that you are right. TG looks like one of the coolest woodies. I would really like to ride it. Too bad I am stuck in

Thanks Valpengeist, I'll be sure to keep those in mind when I'm riding! I plan on getting there when the park opens, and I'll definitely get at least one night ride on TG.
