I dont think Cedar Point is diverse. I think SFMM, SFGADV and SFGAM are the most diverse.

I think SFGAM is really diverse.
they have mulitlooper, standup, inverted, lauch, super ivertigo, hypertwister, 2 woodies, one of a kind Whizzer, drop ride, lots of flat rides, decent theming (southwest territory is great).
SFGAm has such a good mix of rides. Iron Wolf is getting old and should maybe get replaced. All we need is a floorless or maybe a flying coaster in the future.

I think the Virginia/Maryland area (BGW, SFA, and PKD) is very diverse because you have virtually every type of major coaster there is. You have a B&M Hyper, Inverted, An Arrow Suspended, Sitdown, Mack Bobsled, TOGO Stand-Up, Vekoma Flying and SLC, Intamin Inverted and the only things missing are Steeplechase, Wooden with a loop, Virginia Reel, Intamin Pipeline, TOGO Ultra Twister. Add a few of them to the different parks and I'll be the happiest person on Earth.

RB Troy, I don't know about parks, but you sure aren't diverse! Can you post one topic w/o bashing CP and praising SFGAm!!!!! As for the most diverse park, Kennywood is really great. They have 3 classic woodies, a great hyper, one of the best wild mouses around, awesome dark rides, and Aero 360.

I think that many parks are diverse, primarily CP. I went to IOA, but didn't find it to be as diverse, just well themed. I haven't been to SFMM so I don't want to make a judgement about it, but from what I've heard it is pretty diverse as well.

CP has:

1. A smooth, new giga-coaster in a twister/out and back mix kind of formation.
2. A "classic" out and back hyper with lots of air time.
3. An inverted coaster.
4. A stand-up coaster.
5. An enclosed bobsled coaster.
6. A mouse
7. Two family coasters - CCMR is more into theming, and Woodstock Express is more into twistiness.
8. A very kiddieish coaster.
9. A racing coaster.
10. A long, gigantic, twisty wooden coaster.
11. A smaller out and back coaster.
12. An old looping coaster that goes over the Midway.
13. A suspended coaster that goes over water and almost collides into trees.
14. A gigantic freefall with shoot-out and drop towers.
15. MANY small rides, including three nostalgic caroussels and some rides I haven't seen at any other parks.
16. Several water rides, including a former record holder.
17. A relaxing train ride that allows you to see some of the great coasters they have.

Now all they need are some more loopers (i.e. flying/pipeline/B&M something), a launched coaster, and a water coaster, and they'll be really hard to beat.

SFWoA. They have a full water park, a great collection of coasters, some decent flat rides, plus the entire Park Formerly Known As Sea World Ohio with animal shows, aquariums, etc. all included in 1 admission price.

The only problem with the "Racing Woodie" is that it doesn't race. They only keep one side open most of the time, which is really annoying considering I like one side and I don't like the other one. Therefore, I think they need to get Rolling Thunder back in shape and get a twistier wooden coaster.

Although, I've never been there, Six Flags America is a really diverse park. They've got:

A New Flying coaster(Batwing)

A LIM Launched "Spegetti bowl"(Joker's Jinx)

A Standard SLC(Mind Eraser)

A GCI Wooden Twister(Roar)

A Vekoma Invertio,a 6flags first(Two-Face)

A Woodie(Wild One)

An Intamin Hyper(Superman:ROS)

and a kidde coaster. Now to open all their rides, keep them well mantained, and keep them open......

I don't think SFGAM is very diverse, RB Troy. Each coaster at Cedar Point is a different type, but SFGAM has 2 Arrow loopers, 3 inverted (and Deja Vu and V2 are very similar - you go forwards and backwards), 2 boat rides that are almost exactly the same, and the theming kinda sucks except for Southwest Territory. Please explain how the Batman area is supposed to look like a harbor? Ooh theres a lighthouse but I think they got rid of it for V2 anyway. Cedar Point doesn't have theming but theres a HUGE difference between the front half of the park and the back half, near Mean Streak. It feels like two different parks. Oh yeah, I'm not saying SFGAM is a bad park, though

SFMM is pretty diverse. the only repeat similiar ride they have is colossus and psyclone, becuz theyre both wooden, and even then colossus is a large, out and back racer and psyclone is a compact twister.
