Wyndot Lake

This park is a little park owned by Six Flags in Columbus, Ohio. What I don't understand is, the park is packed everytime I go there, why doesn't Six Flags add some rides. Even a Chaos would be nice. :)

You basically answered your own question. The park is packed everytime and the park is doing well without needing to put in new rides and coasters each year. Most parks judge what rides they will build based on attendance, and if the park is popular all year long even without any new major rides, then why build anything new, obviously the people visiting are happy and content with the way the park is. Building a 2 million dollar ride would be a waste to Six Flags when they can use that 2 million to pay off debt, or buy a park that truly needs a new ride one or 2

The park is packed because the citizens of Columbus have no where else like this park to go to unless they want to drive to THE BEACH or PKI, an hour and a half south. They haven't added ANYTHING in 6 or 7 years.........the attendance can't be that great. They even did away with their Fear Fest in October after a fire did some damge to one of the rides. That was 2 years ago, I think, and they haven't had it since. I lived in Columbus all my life until last month and hardly went there.

Would suck then if people started to leave because they aren't adding new rides. Will they go back, probably, but why chance it.

I'm sure a lot of places would love to have "one" coaster (ie some park in FL). I've never been "ther" either, but I'd rather ride one coaster than "n"one.

The park has one wooden coaster named Sea Dragon. It stands a whopping 35 feet high. It's a good one to take first timer kids on. It is a classic John Miller tho. . .no seat dividers. I don't care if they add any more flats or a coaster at all. . . .I just can't figure out why they haven't built any new slides in years. One of the taller tube slides has been closed for 3 seasons. Its just sitting there.

Yeh, I think it would make more money with more slides. Maybe add a pool with a bar in it.. :)
