The lines are the scariest part. Seriously. Why is it that parks that aren't extremely busy all season are extremely busy during halloweekends?

I just got back from SFGAm's fright fest..

What scares me the most? The fact that I actually paid money to go to a Six Flags park, and only to get on 6 rides.

^ If you are referring to my post I was referring to the fact you pay to get in and have to pay extra for the part you really went to do. Cedar Point has got it right no charge haunted houses and people will come again and again...

You have to pay for what you went to do? It's not like that a SGFadv, I'm pretty sure about that.

Nothing really scares me there or in general at haunted houses. I am impressed by what SFGAm does and probably would be impressed by other parks too but have yet to go to any others. I always find people getting spooked by the actors and actresses walking around. The best place at SFGAm for that is probably in Southwest Territory.

What scares me the most about Fright Fest is the short-handed staffing and out-of-control guests we have to deal with at our parks; scheduling problems, designating areas with very few employees available, and on top of that, dealing with uncooperative guests is virtually a nightmare on Elm Street.

In my opinion, Fright Fest is a poor excuse for keeping the park open in October. The crowds are unrelenting, the theming is unappealing, the resources are unavailable, and the experience is uninviting.
