One of my friends/crew members just sent me this link to a news story posted on CityPulse:

Criminals such as rapists, drug dealers, robbers, etc are given "free passes" during parole to go these places.

So, how does everyone react to this? How would you feel if you were a parent and knew that these criminals were roaming the park too?

Thats just Crazy. I wonder if thats happening here in the states or just in Canada.

You can have an idea what hit the fan up here when this news broke up here. Lets hope public pressure changes this practise.

It wouldn't surprise me if this practise was widespread in North America.
