I wonder if its a new version of those so-called "Haunted" houses, with employees behind plexiglass windows banging on them to startle you... They're nice, but get old after a few mins.

i've never been to one of their halloweekends, but i think scare zone might be located on the road to frontier town, something about people popping out and frightening guests (?) i think i remember hearing that the last time i was there.

Wow, CP's Halloweekends sound like they will be pretty cool with the new additions of Undertaker U and this Scare Zone thing.

I hope it's better than that pathetic, non-frightening event they held last year.

It wasn't in the least bit scary, it was too family oriented. The characters looked too funny to be scary.

It's nothing like the sinister FrightFest at SFGAM. Last time I visited, this Heavy-Metal looking guy threatened to electrocute me and this other employee walking with a head in hand followed a girl around half the day!

Well goonsta, that is CP for ya. You know they would never do anything to actually scare a guest. Now SFWOA on the other, that is a real FrightFest.

I wont be able to go to SFWOA's fright fest(maybe). How is it? I see massive potential in the trees of the Wild Life side.

I hope they utilize the Wild Life side because like you said there is a ton of potential. I know a few guys who are going to be working FrightFest and they said it was going to be pretty wicked. They are using the Ballroom behind S:UE as a haunted house. IT should work pretty good because the building is already kind of spooky itself and it is pretty big. I also heard they are turning the wooded trail between the two sides of the park (the first one they built before they had the boardwalk) into the "Trail of Terror". That should be cool too.

[/B][/QUOTE]That sounds nearly as bad as that thing at Dollywood where people sneak up to you, pretend sneeze and spray you with water from a spray bottle. Yes they actually pay people to do that.

I think that SFGAM's fright fest is the best. The haunted houses are scary and the theming is way too cool.

cp's halloweekends is great, and they have extened it to Oct. 28th. Not sure how well the weather will cooperate though. IT can get pretty cold up on the lake that time of year!

It is in the Frontier Trail and it's like at SFMM where people dressed up jump out at you and scare you, stuff like that.
