Theme Park Lawsuits

What theme park lawsuit do you think is the dumbest or stupidest. I know i heard alot in my years of going. I think the one that takes the cake is the one a guy made when he got struck by lighting while walking to his car in a open parking lot touching a near a 2 ton car which is metal. And blaming the park for not warning him about the storm even though he saw it before leaving the park. This happened at Kings Island in 04 or 05.

i dont't know about any confirmed lawsuits, but as a manager at six flags america, i've been threatened with lawsuits for wasting someone's time with a ride speil, not letting someone's infant(6 or 7 months) ride a major coaster, having someone stuck in a flat ride for 6 minutes, but the one that really cracks me up is a guy who jumped across the track in the station, slipped on the wet concrete(it was raining and the ride had just shut down until the storm passed) and fell about 3 feet under the station and onto a workbench covered in industrial lubricant.

A man filed suit against Six Flags Magic Mountain in 2002 for false advertising on behalf of all season pass holders because during his visits, X was repeatedly closed. Now this lawsuit isn't as dumb as some other ones out there, but there was always a disclaimer reading that certain rides may be closed due to maintenance or other circumstances. I'd be a bit frustrated and disappointed too, but why would you go and sue the park? The ride was obviously having mechanical problems.
