| | | Some of the billboards are supposed to be interactive via Bluetooth. I wonder what they'll do with that.

| | | I love creative marketing. The cutbacks aren't affecting SFAm because they are getting new shows which cost the same or less then before. And the stunt show. is going from a western theme to a New England theme. OK why dose it sound like it's going to be downgraded to a dive show. Given the years of neglect a Cheap water slide with a marketing alliance name isn't much.
but they are definitely making it sound like SFAm is here to stay.

| | | Bringing this thread back because as of now SFA is once again not getting anything in 09. I'd be lying if I said I was remotely surprised.

| | | I think SFA has to keep riding that position of staying put. They're not a BGE or Kings Dominion but a mid range like CGA and medium sized like Dorney. They have a great collection of coasters. It's just a bet everyone wishes the park didn't get a crappy SLC when the park was under the early Premier Corp. management and the Two Face Invertigo was back in order. My real problem with the park is that SLC and lack of mature trees that would provide a more welcoming atmosphere to the park. I didn't like that I could not find a water fountain there. I love their wooden coasters.

| | | Maybe Superman will get new trains like SFNE's.
They didn't announce new plans for all the parks yesterday so maybe they'll be getting something that requires its own day for an announcement...
Probably not.. |

Probably not.. | True because SFA typically gets a late start in terms of filing zoning requests for new rides resulting in mid february announcements....however since they added THHP in 08 & are low on the list of priorities for new rides it'll probably be about 2012(at the earliest) before a new ride ends up being added, assuming the park even survives that long that is. |

| | | I think the superman rehab that SFNE is doing would be a good move for SFAm. It would give them at least something to present and market.
As for the tiem frame that's possible but irresponsible. TGE has been getting additions every year since the new management took over. and it has a lower attendance and a mush smaller population to justify it. Tourism is also lower.
SFam could use at least one of the new kiddie lands. They don't seems to have much of a selection. even 1-2 flat rides would be a reasonably inexpensive addition that would make a big impact.

| | | Maybe they should get GCI in to retrack Roar and put in Millennium Flyers as well at some point. |

| | | I think retracking new trains for some of the companies wood coasters would be a good move.
