| | | Six Flags Surveys? Some may have experienced the annoying surveyors before the parks open. They ask you personal stuff like phone number and address. My question is has anyone ever encountered a phone call from them or something in the mail afterwards? I never did, and I was just wondering if the information they receive is used for anything more than statistics.

| | | The phone number gives an idea of the range of their demographic. I guess I would surprise them when I'd give them my Jersey number @ SFNE. I believe at Waldameer they asked for my zip code. I think they'd want demographics to see how far people are coming from to ride Ravine Flyer II. When I was at Toys R Us they asked for my number before. I'm pretty sure they want to know if they're serving the right residential area. Grocery store swipe cards would already provide grocery stores with those statistics.

| | | I've received mailings from Six Flags in the past, but that may have been because I was a Season Pass holder. At AstroWorld, I recall them having some sort of prize drawing for those who participated, but that was pretty infrequent...

| | | Anytime some survey dork asks for any of my personal information, I make sure to give them not only wrong information, but wrong information that they can pick up on if they're sharp.
For example, I'll always give either 867-5309 or 555- 4455 for my phone number.

| | | The only SF mail I get is because I was a Season Pass holder. I've gotten the Season Pass all these years for SFGADV but the mailing for SP holders was evident because I was a SFMM Play Pass holder in 2005. I got mail for the 2006 SFMM Play Pass and the announcement of Tatsu. I get mail from Kings Dominion because I bought a Maxx Pass in 2007 there.

| | | From an article I read about the surveys, it wasn't about location or demographics, it was simply satisfaction, and apparently Six Flags had a good satisfaction rate for Value,Cleanliness, and Food Prices among others. Crazy huh? |

| | | They went around the entry to Six Flags Magic Mountain. They do ask you personal questions. It is kind of annoying...I luckily have not received a call or mail updates yet. |

| | | I've gotten a call doing the Interview/ Survey. I don't find it annoying, I think its great for a company do ask the general public what they would like to see because they are the General Public.
I'd love to do a Ride Survey for My Homepark SFGAm | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
