Two and three weeks ago, the crowds were actually minimal. Everything but Beast was walk-on and it was a 20 minute wait every night. I don't know how it'll be getting closer to Halloween though.

The Halloween stuff is all really lame ... and don't expect the train ride to actually complete a full circuit, it drops you off halfway into the woods and you half to wait in line to walk back. I was not a happy camper.

I'll be down there again this weekend. I tend to hop down there after I get off work on Fridays and Saturdays since they're open till 1 am. That gives me about 2 1/2 hours of ride time each night.

I went to Haunt last season, and I thought it was really well done. The entire park is shrouded in fog. Thick fog. Some of the haunted houses are only OK, but others are really good. Club Blood apparently is very risque and not like a Cedar Fair park at all. Last season the park had a haunted prison that was the most disorienting thing I'd ever done.

Go and see for yourself. I really enjoyed myself.

Yes, there is a TON of fog everywhere. Way, way, way more than they need.

If you decide to go on Saturday, let me know. I'll be down there with a group of friends, and getting them on the bigger rides (anything 'scarier' than the Beast) is usually like pulling teeth.

I will not know if I'm going until Friday .But I will let you know .I was there back in May and I rode everything but Dilirium. It was closed most of the time while I was there. I loved most of the coasters they have and hope I get to ride them again before they close for the season.
