That's going to be tough to find out. If I had a guess I'd say when Premier took over. I'll see what I can find out for you.

It was either 1996 or Pre-1996. My guess is Pre since most of the Other Six Flags Parks had Fright Fest's by that time. = SFOT- 87' OR 92' = SFStL- 93' = SFAW- 93' = SFGAdv- 91' = SFMM- 93' = SFGAm- 90' = SFFT- 96' |

I looked on 2 fan sites and a time lien site and no mention of Fright fest. If other SFI parks had fright fest pre 96 that would mean SFI owned the freight fest name not Premier. I recall seeing commercials for a Haunted attraction at the park in 94-97, when I lived in Augusta, but I can't remember the name.

I believe the very first Fright Fest for SFOG was during the same year that Splashwater Falls opened.

When Time Warner had SFGADV I knew they had Fright Fest so we go back awhile.
