It's a good thing it's Holiday World. It was probably human error, but most people let it slide with a park like this. Any big corporation park and there'd be investigations out the wazoo.

You probably have a point. I know that the way HW treats their good guests, and the way they throw out and ban the riffraff would make me less likely to call an attorney

Everytime I ride a coaster, it valleys. I've never been on a stalled coaster or had one roll back (except Wicked Twister and what was Superman: Ultimate Escape, which does that by design).
