Exclamation NEED INPUT, Six Flags Fancall! Please read!!!!

To all of our members, we really need your help.

If any of you follow or friend Six Flags on Facebook, Myspace or Twitter you know they are having a fancall at the end of the month. ThrillNetwork has the opportunity to participate and ask the CEO of Six Flags, Mark Shapiro, a question.

I want all of your questions that you want to ask Mark Shapiro. After a few days, I will post a poll of the questions and the most votes will win.

Please think of really good and serious questions to ask, not something like "OMG What is (insert my homepark here) getting in 2011?" He will not answer something like that, so its pointless to participate.

I hope to see lots of questions and I will narrow them down from there.

Any questions? Please feel free to ask!

1- What is Six Flags doing to improve on operations at their parks? Many Six Flags parks I've gone to will only run 1 train on busy days, even though they have the ability to run 1 or 2 more trains.

2- How do you see Six Flags balancing family rides and thrill rides/roller coasters in the future?

3- In the next 5 years can we expect more upkeep of current rides, and less brand new rides?

4- Parking is a big issue for me, the closest park to me charges $15 for parking and frankly in this economy I find that to be ridiculous. Other park operators charge nothing for parking, or include parking in their season pass benefits. Can parking prices not be reduced?

5- Will you ever truly utilize the DC Comics characters in themed areas and new rides? As a example, Six Flags Over Georgia has Gotham City which has a lot of potential, but seems to have been forgotten except for the new paint job on Batman. The theater there in my opinion should be ripped down, and have a new coaster or ride installed there named Nightwing.

Can Six Flags please waive for some time the $5 for buying tickets online or even do away with it altogether?

I don't see the point of that and those $5 could be used in the park

1. Did the transformation of Superman into Bizzaro meet all of your expectations and are you planning on more "reboots" of popular rides?

2. With the economy still down, are there any plans to maximize on the "staycation" by making parks more destination locations with on site lodging.

3. Why is it that some parks offer a free on site water parks while others offer it as part of the pay one price admission? Why not just do the same thing over the entire chain?

Will you consider converting other wooden coasters to steel I-beam track if the Texas Giant conversion is successful?

After looking at most of the Six Flags parks via Bing Maps, I have noticed that many of the properties are either landlocked or getting rather close to being landlocked. When the company is completely on track, and you might decide to build large coasters again, (I'm talking about stuff the size of Riddler's Revenge or El Toro) do any of the parks even have the land to do that without removing rides, or are most of the parks pretty much saturated?

^The only way SFOG would have land would be if they moved around the boneyards/storage areas. Granted, that should be incredibly easy to do, but I'm not so sure how many parks think of that.

Looking at Bing Maps, if they made a Parking Garage for the Back Employee Lot, they could add a Building there for Maintenance.
