It's a pretty simple poll, so yeah.

As for me, I have a defenition of my own. I'm not really any "style". Style to me is picking up clothes that I have no idea of what I'm picking out (Half Asleep) and somehow realize what I am wearing at school. Shirts that are sometimes cool like "Quicksilver" and others like Pom Pom from H*R, oh yeah. But I don't have a defenetion style. I just wear clothes. That's Raptordude style. Oh yeah, my friends are the same. But some of them wear "cooler" clothes then me.
Oh yeah, my group. I'm defenetley none of the above. Because well, I don't fit into any group. I'm not a geek, but I do love mah video games. I'm defenetley not a prep, not a goth, not a jock. I'm just me. Styloz 4 me!1111

i'd say im kinda half jock, half something else. im on the basketball team so you can count out geek, punk rockers, or goths. im kinda just an average guy.

same here, but im in no school sport. Im kinda in the middle of everything. I dont dress in all black, nor do I wear glasses w/ tape in the middle of them! lol!

I'm whatever a step up from geek is.

So in essence, I don't belong to any group. My friends and I have formed our own social group that's kind of difficult to define since it's so diverse.

I don't belong in any group either. I don't believe in labeling myself, I think thats lame. The problem is, most high school students don't and a lot of them like to be categorized. Another thing, is that so many high school students act and talk alike that they CAN be categorized.. its pathetic.

So yeah, I don't fit into any category. I'm just me, and I'm also different from most people at my school. I'd say the closest thing I am is being a true punk, since I really do have the true punk mentality (which is nothing like the pop punk poser attitude you see EVERYWHERE, that stuff is so fake and so are the people that like it). But I don't dress "punk", because again, I see that as basically labeling yourself. Its also stupid to try and look different when in the end you look like every other punk or goth out there. I say, just be yourself, act unique, and rely on your personality to define who you are. At school, people know me because I have a totally unique sense of humor but I can make everyone laugh almost on command.

And heres my opinion of each clique:

Preps: Its kind of hard to define who is a prep and who isn't, and I don't believe in labeling people as a prep just because they dress preppy. Its mainly in how they act. and I can't stand them.. at all.

Jocks: Read the lyrics to the Dead Kennedys song "Jock-O-Rama" to see how I feel about sports jocks.

Wannabe punks and goths: face it, 90% of the so-called hardcore punks and goths you see around are just doing it for the image and don't have a clue. They're just like the preppy people who wear trendy clothes to fit in, only they were punk or goth clothes to fit in. Its all about image and its lame.

Geeks: Geeks are pretty easy to define, lol, and I'm far from a geek. Though I have some geeky hobbies (posting here, for example!)

Ghetto thugz: I don't understand why ghetto culture is considered so cool these days. Most of these people do NOT live in anything close to a ghetto, so to try and act like it is just stupid. They need to get a life, and they just look like morons. Well.. most of them are.

I usually am the quiet guy who dont bother any1 that doesnt stand out, i usually wear Jordan or nike shirts with jeanz or matching shorts, with jordan shoez nikes, or my nautica bootz with a nautica, or RL shirt.

In highschool, I did three sports. I dressed nice most of the time. Judging by those two criteria, I guess I was a preppy jock. I didn't act the part though.

I'm not really in either. I'm athletic, smart, and hang out with all sorts of people. I used to be really quiet, but especially now at my new school I'm kind of a funny guy, which is cool. So really I vote for sort of like what Raptordude said but not really.

I never really indentified with any group in school. I was always the quiet guy who just did stuff on his own. In High School, I often sat by myself to have lunch, and it was usually in a hallway or something like that instead of the cafeteria. I didn't care much for the jocks, preppies, and Ghetto boys, but at the same time I couldn't identify with a lot of the goths and geeks either. Oh sure, I did plenty of "geeky" things, like perform in the choir, and in school shows, but even then I felt like I couldn't completely identify with the types of people who got involved with that. I was always a loner.

I'm don't label myself. However I'm the geekiest of all my friends and I listen to some punk. Those are pretty much the only things that would make me fall under a high school cliche. I'm not athletic or ghetto at all. I am a goth sympathizer, however (not posers, real goths).

I was part of the HS Football team... could you label me a jock? No.
Did I act like a prep? No.
Was I goth? No.
Just because I worked with computers and was smart... did that make me a geek? No.
Was I thuggish? No.
Was I a punk? No.

Did I care? No.

I still had my group of friends... I just blended in and didn't think twice about it.

Everytime I ride a coaster, it valleys. I've never been on a stalled coaster or had one roll back (except Wicked Twister and what was Superman: Ultimate Escape, which does that by design).

me and my friends just are in between every group. There's 1% of the school in my group, the average person. Talks to the cool people, has a girlfriend, but also hangs with the geeks on occasion. That's our group. We are in the extremely minority when it comes to music also. 99% of our school are wiggers who listen to 50 cent and all that crap. And talk about living in the "ghetto." our school is in johnson county kansas, one of the most rich counties in the country and they chat about being beat in the ghetto. It's bullsh.t.

I also like to kill people with slipknot sometimes.

I am everyone's friend. No goths at my school though so count them out. I'm not a prep or a nerd. I'm kinda middle class. Me and my group of friends are friends with everyone. I'm the mostly happy soccer playing kid who is everyone's friend.

If I was, I would probably be categorized as a prep just because of some of the people I hang out with, get good grades, have school spirit, and dress "nice." But I'm really just average, I have tons of friends from all different "cliques" so...who knows.

hmm im a "left over" being one of the people no one wants to be friends..so all my firends are the other kid no one liked...yup..all 4 of them....

I think the real question is how other people would classify you. I think all of us would like to think we are a bit of everything, but we might not be right.

People who don't me say I kind of look like a stoner, but I'm not one at all. I have no idea what most people label me as, though. I would guess it could be anything except jock, prep, snob, etc.
