Who has the highest coaster count?

There's not a way to find out people's coaster counts without going into each one, one-at-a-time. So I was curious if anyone has been on 100+ coasters?

I've been on 90 now (One is not in the database, so it shows me as 89, if you look at it and think I'm lieing or something )

So...how many have you been on?

Shoot, and I thought I was up there with almost 80. Livin' on the west coast makes coaster counts tough to increase.

Apparently living on 35K/year makes coaster counts tough to increase as well.

I think that BrooklynRider has the highest I've seen. Isn't his around 200?

100 more? Is that going to be your graduation gift or something? Have fun!

If all goes well, I'll get to ride about 50 new ones, we're planning a mid-west, west coast trip. Total coasters will be like 80 or 90, but I've been to a few of the parks already.

I'm only at 64, but a couple of years ago I was in the low 30s so that's a pretty decent rate of increase. I'll get one more this calendar year (at Universal Studios -- not Islands of Adventure), and next June we have a hefty trip planned to hit 4 Six Flags parks, an out-of-the-way Florida park, and a few random others all within about two weeks. I'm not normally enthusiastic about marathon type trips because I prefer to savor the experience (hence the lower count), but it's a great opportunity and I figured I might as well try it once.

99. I wish I could've somehow ridden one more this season, but I guess that's the way it worked out.

By the way, I think CedarFairMaster, a member on this site, has something close to 600.

Sean Flaharty, Public Relations Director for ACE, has ridden over 600 coasters. Top Thrill Dragster's his favorite. I would tell these guys to go outside and get a life, but they're already outside riding coasters. Wow, to have money and spare time to ride coasters.

I've ridden 87 coasters, including 13 new ones this year. My 75th coaster was my first new coaster this year: Scream! at SFMM.

Hopefully I'll get my 100th next season. I hope to hit Cliff's in the spring and Knott's Berry Farm in the winter to increase my count.

Well you got to remember though also, most of those guys are my age (31) and older. So they've had time to visit that many parks over the years. It's not like they've visted 20 parks a year or something.

Also, if you grow up in certain parts of the country, you've got a lot more parks to visit, which helps the coaster count as well.

NC for instance has only 1 major theme park. Whereas VA has 2 and 1 in DC nearby. CA has what, 10? lol

165 i think it is now. In 2003 alone I rode 111 new coasters. 64 coasters I rode in one week. I got the East covered except for the Mid-Atlantic and far NorthEast. But I probably won't ride as many coasters next year since the summer I'll be working at CP. Hopefully I'll get over to the West and South though.

You guys think it is hard to increase your count from where you live? try having to fly for 5 hours every time you want to ride something. I think that my count of 69 is decent for where I live.

Though some of the coasters I've been on aren't listed on this site, I've been 174 coasters. But I think what is most notable in my case is that I rode 112 of them this year, beat that!

I rode 141 coasters in 2003.
I rode 110 coasters in 2002.

Granted, some were repeats, but I guess I beat you, eh?

Yes, but being that I am under 18 and my parents hate coasters and are old enough to be my grandparents, going all over the country is not easy. If I was 18, X and Tremors would already be in my track record.

When I'm a millionaire for some reason, I will crush all of your track records. In reality I have 72 as of right now. I hope to get near 150 next year. It will be a stretch with work though.

I'm up at 122, 52 new ones for me this year. I'll be over 200 by the end of next year, I have no doubt in my mind.

I'm at 44. Yay. I hit about 20 new ones this year... not too bad. Next year I'm going to go to SWF, BGW, Dollywood, and possibly more, so will add a few.
