X-Box is THE greatest video game system ever. Why? Because it's a computer. And what can you do with a computer (regarding video games)?? EVERYTHING.

X-Box can be modified to play anything and everything---MAME, Super Nintendo, Atari, Sega Genesis, Nintendo, etc...

Also, the X-Box can be used to surf the web (can plug in a keyboard and mouse), play interactive on-line games, play region-free DVD's, and save games right to the hardrive----no more spending big bucks on games that one can just rent and copy to the hard drive!!!

With some 6,000-7,000 games, I'll never be bored...and I still have over 83 gig left on the drive!!!

i have the Nintendo version of Tetris on the X-box as well as 1,500 other Nintendo games---all have the original graphics and sounds.

Like I said before...nothing is better than X-Box.

i will step out of line and go with the sega dreamcast. even though it had a short life, it had some awesome games for it and it really started the online gaming for consoles.

N64 was probably the best system in my opinion, but right now Xbox is my favorite.

Why is it that though I voted for Gamecube, the results went up for Xbox?

I would vote for X-Box, but Halo 2 isn't out yet , so PS2 is still king.

By the way, MaGnUmKeLly, you forgot the best system of all, the computer.

For me the computer is a game system. I can't stop screwing around with No Limits, I'm hooked. I keep trying to make a top hat that is like 30 times as big as it usually is, but will work with a chain lift, and not a blast off. All attempts have been unsuccessful.

Oh fo sho'.

Sorry, had to put it in

Yeah, PC 0wnz all.

Also Magnum Robert, If I can remember clearly, Xbox doesn't have a 83+ gig hard drive. I think it's about 7 gigs or so. Defenetley not 83 and up.

Easily the GameCube. It's small, has great graphics, and it's got Super Smash Brothers Melee, so that's all I need. I also have a PS2, which isn't bad, but the GameCube is better. As for the other two, the X-Box just stinks, and to me, Sega consoles are pretty much dead.

I play that game all the time with my Newphews. Its funny watching them play that and getting so frustrated. I finially played Tetris Worlds for the Cube as well. Its a little different from the regular nintendo, but it works.

My X-Box currently has 83 gig left, because I put in a 120 gig hard drive!
Like I said before, the X-Box can be modified to make absolutely THE BEST GAMING SYSTEM EVER!!!!

Let's see, first I had Atari, then NES, SNES, PS, PS2.

I like the Playstation best. X-box is ok, but if I want a computer, well I have my desktop. Along with my PS2, I now have 3 dvd players.

That would be Coleco. Although since you butchered "jealous" into "Jello us", I'm not shocked.

I think xbox is the best.

Reasons why:

1.Best controller (the original that came with the xbox system)
2.Dont need a dam memory card
3.Xbox live and internet connection is built into the xbox so you don't need any extra parts like PS2
4. With xbox live comes a live communicator so you can talk with your oppenents or team-mates instead of typing to them
5. Best graphics

Online play doesn't mean all that much to me. When I was first in search of a gaming systemback in 2000, I wanted something I could learn easily and a former roommate had had a PS in the dorm. It weighed heavily in my decision for the PS and later the PS2.

As far as X-Box goes...if I wanted any game on that, I could wait a few months for it to come out on PC.

Hmm...the original Xbox controller sucked, memory cards are handy for transporting information without the whole system, PS2 has a pay once online service and will most likely have a communicator soon, I like Gamecube and PS2 equally with the PC in a distant last...

You can get a memory card.
Gamecube's controller's have horrible layouts for sports games.
Xbox Live absolutely destroys all other console's systems, there is no way you can argue that.
