Who has been in an European park?

Who has been in an European park or maybe want to
visit an European park?
Which one?
How was it, compared to the US parks?
What do expect of an European park, if you weren't
there yet?

I have! Last year I visited Paris, France, and we spent a day at Disneyland Paris. Compared to Disney World, it isn't much, simply because there isn't much there. However their versions of Pirates of the Carribbean, Phantom Manor (Haunted Mansion) Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain and several other rides were much better than the ones at Disney World

Well, Pirates had more drops (3 I think), more elaborate scenery, it was longer, and there were some cool scenes, like two pirates swordfighting

Haunted Mansion was completely different. Aside from having better special effects, the ride and story are more serious and creepy, where the US Haunted Mansion is fun and goofy.

Thunder Mountain starts off going under a river in pitch black which is really cool, but it was the same otherwise.

The fact that they are 25 years newer is partly why they are better though

The only one I have been to is Park Asterik(sp?). It was quite a few years back.
