June 03 Voting

Alright guys, it's decision time. Vote for what you think the best park is. I won't be around to announce the winner, so Andy will do that (he'll also start the July contest). I'll make a winner page when I get back, though. Good luck to everyone!

To view the submissions, visit this thread.

Anyways, my vote goes to Valpengeist's Mision de Diversiones. It didn't seem to get much attention here, but I thought it was excellent. Wonderful theming, architecture, landscaping, and a great coaster, too. Well done, Valp.

BTW, voting ends at 10 pm EST on Monday, June 30th.

It's still early guys, settle down. My supporters probably jumped on the chance to vote right away.

SFGAdvKing gets my vote. It seemed that all the other parks fell just short whether they be not themed enough, lacked realism, or were over crowded. Go Medieval Forest!

Well, I hadn't gotten around to looking at all of the parks until last night, and upon looking, there was one park that really stood out, and just blew the rest of the parks out of the water. Great park Valp! Oh and it appears that the next "batch" if you will of parks are going to be just fantastic so I'm sure voting will be even more difficult next time. Good job for everyone that entered, as they are all very nice parks!

If it's of any condolence, if I didn't enter I probably would have voted for Pasifica Beach...

That's wierd... Oh well i can wait till next month till my PP. Busch Gardens Aquardica is now almost 2/3 of the way there so it should be done for next month.... Unless me coaster trips to IB and SFGAm. screw me up. Then i could be stuck against you and Intamin in Augest. That would be BAD.

I feel really bad. I don't deserve, or want, to win.

I'll tell you why I'm winning:
I sent out 6 PMs to people who post in the RCT forum, but didn't have a park this month, asking them to please vote for my park. I was expecting to get 2, 3, or even 4 votes from this. I thought that would be the perfect amount for me to slip into the third place spot, but I didn't realize how little the number of total votes would be. I haven't been here long enough to see previous TNPPs, so I assumed the winner would get like 9 votes and second would get 6. I had no idea that such a low number like 5 or 6 could win it. If I had know that, I would have never done my little advertising campaign. I now feel really bad that I'm robbing Valp and ride6 of the awards they deserve.

So please, everyone that hasn't voted yet, vote for ride6 or Valp. I don't deserve to win this contest.

Hey coasterphil... its ok, no one is yelling at you. Your park is decent, and did deserve some votes. I'm sure it will turn out alright, so don't feel so bad! Good luck with everyone's next parks!

Whoever the fifth person who voted for me, thanks. I know who the other four are...

And CPhil- don't feel bad. It's just a little contest... plus, we're tied anyways... and you had a decent park to boot.

Lol- Two people tied for first, two tied for second, and two tied for third...

Well duh. It was just sorta there. Reminds me of what my parks were before going public. Now I'm much better. Clueless Morgan has potential but needs to put the effort in if he ever expects to win.

I'm voting for Fantasy World Las Vegas. I loved this park when it was released last July, it's got a great atmosphere. To quote my original review (viewable here), I said, "This park was simply superb. Amazing rides, and awesome scenery. Everything about it was beautifully done."
It got a 9.5 out of ten in my book. Congradulations on such a great park.

I'd bet some of these parks that don't have as many votes would do better if they advertised a little before they enter...

As for ride6, I don't know why he hasn't got a vote or two more.
