Since I can't look at two of the parks, I've decided not to vote this round.... I'm sorry if this bothers anyone, but I think it's quite fair.

well thats a good reason. i completley understand. Thank you for your well thought out, meaningfull criticism. My next park will contain no bright colours. Actually, my next park will contain nothing, as i'm not building one. Which is even more amazing.

or i'll make the file corrupt, so no-one can view it. i'll just post a few screens of nothing so people can see it. i should win gold for sure.

Well Skye, though I haven't downloaded your park, or any others for that matter, I must say that based on screens alone, I would say your's was my favorite. It had a European feel that I truly enjoyed looking at. I loved your style of big buildings that all had thier own unique feel to them. I'm not a fan of the type of stuff that ride6 does where all the buildings look the same though the colors may change. When you look at the overhead views of his parks, they just blur together and look like an over filled mess. I don't want to look at an industrial park paved one end to another. I like the open park feel of the parks and that's why I like yours. Anyways, please continue to do what you do and bring on more parks for those like me to enjoy.

I know I'll make sure all my parks for now on aren't. Although if that expantion coming out in sept. is any good i may use it. After all if it is good then everyone will rush out and buy it.

OK you can see for yourselves the results in the polls. The July Competetion is now closed.

Congratulations to Ride6, and well done to the rest of you that managed to get an equal spread of the votes.

I'll get avatars sorted today for you.

There are clearly some issues we need to work through with these competitions, Mike and I will have a talk when he returns from his vaccation. I don't believe it is sensible to disregard, or disallow, parks using WW or other expansions. Perhaps we will need to create some categories for the comp next month and alter it slightly.

Anyhow, the August submissions are now being accepted so polish up those parks folks and get ready to send them in.

if you created subcat. for ww, you would have had 2 entrys this month. i don't think thats going to work very well. Getting more people to vote i think is more important. A lot of people PLAY rct but don't get involved in park making thats all.

Yeah... My new park isn't WW though. I'm using Hi-rollers workbench and WW is currently been un-installed on my computer...

I think so as well, but I guess there isn't enough interest.

Skye,

we can only advertise the competetion more in the general forums and hope people go to look at the parks. I did do that, though it was late in the voting process. We will ensure we advertise it sooner this month.
